When God Fixes Your Vision Instead of Your Situation

Sometimes what we’re asking God to change isn’t the situation, it’s how we’re seeing it. Scripture reminds us that God often brings clarity before He brings movement. “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path” (Psalm 119:105) doesn’t promise full visibility; it promises enough light for the next step. Clarity isn’t God explaining everything at once, it’s God correcting our vision so we can walk accurately.
Confusion doesn’t always mean disobedience. Sometimes it means our lens needs adjustment. When the Word brings light, understanding follows, not pressure.
Action step: Today, pause and ask yourself, What am I assuming about this situation that Scripture hasn’t actually said?
Then open God’s Word and look for what it reveals, not about the outcome, but about who He is in the middle of it.
As we learn to see God clearly and walk with confidence, we invite you to worship freely in God with us this Sunday at Liberty Worship Christian Center.
